Warranty Returns

Change of Mind Returns
If the gear’s not what you expected, you can return it for a refund or store credit, provided:
- You’ve contacted us for a Return Authority number.
- The goods are returned within 14 days of delivery.
- The item is unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.
- Packaging is intact and undamaged.
- Return freight costs are covered by you (tracked courier + insurance recommended).
If the product isn’t in resale condition, we may decline the return or reduce the refund.
How to Return
1. Contact us for a Return Authority number.
2. Ship the item to our warehouse.
3. Provide us with the tracking details.
4. Once received and assessed, we’ll issue a refund (same method of payment) or store credit.
Damaged in Transit
When your order arrives, please check carton numbers and packaging before signing.
- If packaging looks damaged, note it on the delivery docket.
- If the product itself is damaged, contact us straight away.
- Depending on the issue, we may send spare parts, replace the item, or offer a partial refund/credit (e.g. replacing a damaged carry bag).
