Warranty Claim Procedure
We want to see you and your family back out there enjoying your
Outdoor Connection gear almost as much as you want to be there.
So, if there is a problem, let’s work together to solve that problem as quickly as we can while being mindful of our mutual obligations and responsibilities. Integrity and veracity are important to Outdoor Connection and we will do our best to help anyone with problems related to our products provided that
claims are genuine.

Claim ProcessStep 1. Determine whether the damage should be covered by warranty. Please read our complete
warranty policy for full details. Here are a few things that are NOT covered by warranty.
- Normal wear resulting from standard usage that occurs over time.
- Any problem resulting from misuse, abuse, impact or neglect.
- Damage to product resulting in severe storms, branches and poles falling on tents.
- Parts or hardware that was lost or have gone missing AFTER receiving your shipment.
In cases where it is not a warranty claim, please contact us and we will try to help you with the lowest cost we can. We value the fact that you have had the good judgement to buy our quality product in the first place.
Step 2. For warranty claims, complete the Warranty Request Form. On receipt of your Warranty Request, we will advise you of your Warranty Case Number that you can quote in any follow-up.
Step 3. We will contact you with further information and instruction.
Alternatively, you can contact the store from which the product was purchased and they will liaise with us to resolve your problem.
Subject to consumer laws that apply in your jurisdiction, the cost of returning the goods, including incidental costs such as packing, transport and insurance, to the place of purchase is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Outdoor Connection reserves the right to seek reimbursement for any costs and expenses incurred by Outdoor Connection where a warranty claim for a product is found to be inconsistent with the terms and conditions of the warranty.
Warranty claims are usually resolved in a timely manner and will be processed in the order they are received. If your problem is urgent or seems to be taking longer than seems reasonable, then please call with your warranty case number and our customer service team will be happy to help you.
