Custom Print File Requirements

Thank you for choosing Outdoor Connection for your custom printing needs. To ensure smooth processing and the best results for your custom prints, please review the following guidelines:

Accepted File Formats:

  • Ai / Vector PDF
  • EPS
  • PNG
  • PSD

Please avoid JPEG format.

Colour Mode:

RGB colour mode is preferred for files with specific colours. However, if you're unable to provide RGB files, we can convert from CMYK. Please note that using CMYK colour mode may result in colour variations when converted.

Submitting Your Files:

Please send your custom print files along with your order number to contacts@outdoorconnection.com.au.

Digital Print Templates:

For your convenience, we provide digital print templates for various canopy sizes and side walls. These templates are available in both Ai (Adobe Illustrator) and PDF formats:
